Day 4, 5 & 6

The campaign tour of the Northern Region continued on Wednesday, October 3, as my team and I visited Zabzugu, Tatale, Gushegu and Karaga Constituencies on Day 4.

On Thursday, November 4, we also visited Nanton, Kumbungu, Tolon, Sagnarigu, Tamale Central and Tamale South constituencies.

We finally ended the tour of the Northern Region by visiting the Yapei-Kusawgu, Daboya-Makargu, Damongo, Sawla-Tuna-Kalba and Bole-Bamboi constituencies on Friday, October 5, 2018.

The executives agreed with me that we need to ensure that the 2,688 branches in the region grow from strength to strength in order to retain our parliamentary seats, recapture lost ones and capture power from the superincompetent NPP government. These branches should be motivated and poised in the party's affairs in the Northern.

My message of gender inclusion and leadership was emphatically received in these constituencies. They echoed the call for a woman of substance, courage and competence to lead the party to electoral success in 2020.

I appreciate the host of excellent comments, suggestions, queries and prayers, and I am convinced that we can make history and march on to victory in 2020.

The reception was resoundingly overwhelming and the interaction lively.
